  • •Lead and contribute in Agile teams, partnering with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions across sprint cycles.
  • •Evaluate emerging database technologies and cloud-native platform capabilities, driving adoption of modern features and engineering best practices.
  • •Design and implement scalable logical and physical data models; architect database platforms for scalability, resilience, and security.
  • •Lead database performance optimization and production reliability efforts, including SQL tuning, capacity planning, observability, incident root-cause analysis, and continuous improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,000 - 215,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years designing, developing, administering, and optimizing large-scale enterprise database platforms and data engineering solutions.
  • •Expert-level experience with relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
  • •Strong experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB, Couchbase, Cassandra, and Redis (or equivalent distributed NoSQL).
  • •Experience with distributed databases (e.g., YugabyteDB, Cassandra) and highly preferred SingleStore experience.
  • •Strong programming and infrastructure skills: Python and SQL; plus Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Linux, shell scripting, and CI/CD.
