Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer-owned Fronius welding torches and hose packs.
  • •Service and maintain Fronius demonstration and rental equipment to ensure it is operational.
  • •Assess customer equipment, troubleshoot faults, identify root causes, and implement repair solutions.
  • •Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and completed work, including repair evaluations for quotations.
  • •Support workshop inventory activities, follow repair schedules, and maintain a clean, organized, safe working environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Previous experience in equipment repair, maintenance, servicing, or installation.
  • •Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills with a methodical problem-solving approach.
  • •Basic knowledge of manual electrode, TIG, and MIG/MAG welding processes (advantageous).
  • •Good IT literacy for digital reporting and record keeping.
