Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the advancement of the CI culture, improving operational performance and building organizational capability across ES&S.
  • •Develop and execute an annual Continuous Improvement Plan and lead divisional CI leaders on ELSS Cost Out decks and progress monitoring.
  • •Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and develop/exeucte ELSS implementation plans based on lean and operational assessments, including training needs assessments.
  • •Own and run the Operational Assessment (OpA) process and coordinate assessment plans, including training plant teams on OpA criteria and self-assessment.
  • •Personally lead organizational change using ADKAR and support Plant/Operations/Manufacturing teams with procedures to improve customer satisfaction and manage Cost Out and Balanced Scorecard performance.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of experience in manufacturing operations and/or continuous improvement.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement methods, including strategic and project management.
