Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute end-to-end strategies for strategic accounts, translating partner priorities, market trends, and Visa objectives into unified plans and measurable outcomes.
  • •Build multi-level strategic engagement and partnerships across partner organizations, aligning shared priorities and establishing long-term trust.
  • •Leverage technology partnerships to accelerate growth, scale solutions across partners and markets, strengthen Visa’s digital ecosystem position, and create new revenue and payment volume sources.
  • •Identify and shape high-value collaboration opportunities across Agentic Commerce, cross-border payments, B2B and money movement, platform integrations, and other emerging payment flows.
  • •Lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams from strategy through execution, driving alignment and decision-making while resolving roadblocks and accelerating internal processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; master’s preferred.
  • •12+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or account management in technology, payments, FinTech, or related industries.
  • •Create account strategies, build pipelines, develop business cases, and deliver measurable outcomes in complex or ambiguous environments.
  • •Strong executive presence, commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and ability to influence senior internal and client stakeholders.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, technology, legal, risk, finance, marketing, and sales disciplines.
