Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute tailored go-to-market strategies for payment products across APAC markets, prioritizing merchant needs and scalability.
•Lead product launch planning with regional sales, marketing, operations, and engineering to ensure timely delivery and adoption.
•Drive adoption of multi-currency and cross-border payment capabilities and define value propositions for local payment methods.
•Provide pre-sales product consulting, training, and marketing collateral to support local sales teams and merchant onboarding.
•Own ISV and partner integration patterns, coordinate technical onboarding, establish repeatable integration frameworks and SDKs, and streamline onboarding/testing/go-live coordination.

Key Requirements

•10+ years designing and delivering cross-border payments and multi-currency processing solutions.
•10+ years experience in payments platform architecture, merchant acquiring, and payment gateway integrations.
•8+ years experience in ISV integration with API/REST integration design and developer onboarding for third-party integrations.
•8+ years experience with payments security and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS) and regional payments regulation implementation.
•6+ years using SQL and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Looker, Tableau) for GTM measurement, plus experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools.
