Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Scaled Services team and set strategy and operating rhythm aligned to FSI roadmap, quality goals, and efficiency targets.
  • •Manage three people-manager functions (Strategic Program Implementation, Internal Tooling, Quality Assurance and Standards) plus an individual contributor for self-serve data/BI.
  • •Drive end-to-end scaled program launch delivery across FSI, ensuring initiatives land on time, within budget, and at quality.
  • •Own and evolve internal tooling and self-serve data/BI systems, including automated data models, shared metric definitions, and AI-ready governance.
  • •Serve as centralized quality governance for workflow integrity, monitoring workflow adherence and improving quality metrics through new-launch UAT and systemic improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management, ideally with both people-management and technical/data-adjacent work.
  • •5+ years managing managers and building/developing high-performing, distributed teams.
  • •Experience leading multi-functional operations teams at the intersection of process, tooling, and data to build organizational infrastructure.
  • •Strong grasp of data and analytics, including data architecture, metric governance, and building self-service data systems.
  • •Proven ability to set and govern quality standards at scale and partner effectively cross-functionally with clear, direct communication.
