Job Summary

Support client-facing events and brand engagement initiatives for a global omnichannel advertising platform. Help organize informal relationship-building moments and larger agency activations by researching venues, coordinating logistics and external providers, managing invitations and follow-ups, and assisting with on-site execution. Contribute to brand touchpoints by sourcing and distributing branded swag with the Design team, and help ensure consistent, welcoming experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

•Support informal relationship-building initiatives with agencies and advertisers, including coordinating venues and reservations.
•Assist with larger owned client events and agency activations, including event logistics, guest lists, timelines, and on-site execution.
•Coordinate event materials and physical brand assets (e.g., roll-ups, elevator branding, wall visuals, mobile kiosks).
•Handle swag, goodies, and branded touchpoints by sourcing and distributing items and coordinating creation with the Design team.
•Support post-event follow-ups, internal debriefs, and feedback collection.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program, majoring in Marketing, Sales, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
•Strong interest in marketing activation and client experience.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities.
•Fluency in French; proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
