Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete Loula’s interest form to begin the partnership process.
  • •Serve as a birth doula for birthing and postpartum support within Loula’s provider network.
  • •Accept clients through Loula’s client referral/doula matching program rather than cold outreach.
  • •Maintain required readiness for the role (including CPR, HIPAA, and liability insurance as applicable).
  • •Work as an independent contractor in a non-exclusive network while Loula handles insurance verification, billing, and payment administration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training AND attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of doula experience with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
