Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead architectural design projects from concept development through to construction completion, ensuring compliance with project requirements, design standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, planners, and landscape architects, to integrate architectural designs into overall project plans.
  • •Develop and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and constructability.
  • •Conduct site assessments, surveys, and investigations to gather data and inform design decisions.
  • •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design within the consultancy sector, with a focus on site supervision for Building projects.
  • •Strong design skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • •Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred); professional licensure advantageous.
  • •Experience on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is preferred.
