Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, solicit, develop, manage, service, retain, and grow middle market client relationships in the assigned region by offering loan, deposit, Capital Markets, Treasury, and fee-based services.
  • •Leverage the Truist Sales Process and Industry & Advisory teams to deliver a differentiated client experience across client and prospect interactions.
  • •Develop and execute a marketing plan to win new clients and expand existing relationships, driving portfolio revenue growth and new production revenue.
  • •Support credit decisioning by analyzing financial statements, structuring credit, and underwriting in line with Truist’s credit risk appetite.
  • •Proactively apply Integrated Relationship Management to capture business and personal financial needs and engage partners; execute risk, operational, policy, and quality expectations for the portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
  • •10+ years of experience in commercial banking.
  • •Strong interpersonal communication skills for managing client relationships with $10,000,000+ total debt.
  • •Highly skilled in corporate finance, Capital Markets, Treasury, and other non-credit services.
