Job Summary

Identify, develop, and manage long-term, profitable relationships with middle-market clients by delivering a full range of loan, deposit, Capital Markets, Treasury, risk management, and fee-based services. Execute Truist’s sales process and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), build marketing plans to win and expand relationships, and contribute to credit decisioning through analysis, structuring, underwriting, and risk mitigation. Lead non-credit financial services opportunities and maintain strong portfolio oversight.

•Leverage the Truist Sales Process, Financial Insights, Industry & Advisory team, and Leadership Institute to deliver a differentiated client experience across client/prospect interactions.
•Develop and execute marketing plans to win new relationships and expand existing ones to drive portfolio revenue growth and new production revenue.
•Understand and contribute to credit decisioning, including analysis of financial statements, credit structuring, underwriting requirements, and risk identification/mitigation.
•Proactively contact clients to develop middle-market banking relationships using Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles and bring in appropriate partners.
•Champion fee-based, non-credit financial services activity and manage risk, operational, policy, and quality expectations for the assigned client portfolio.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
•10+ years of experience in commercial banking.
•Strong interpersonal and communications skills; able to manage client relationships with total debt of $10,000,000+.
•Highly skilled in corporate finance, Capital Markets, Treasury, and other non-credit services.
•Ability to analyze complex credits and support credit decisioning; proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.
