Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent plus underwriting or market-facing experience (or claims/underwriting support experience), or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an associate degree and relevant years of experience.
  • •Experience underwriting or working market-facing in Middle Market, applying Property & Casualty risk assessment, exposure evaluation, and pricing.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency for day-to-day work.
  • •Experience working under time restraints for quotes on new and renewal business.
  • •Experience working in a team environment and collaborating across business units.
