Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure optimized test coverage for current and future HIG HBM design architectures and process nodes to support high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify next-generation HBM products to ensure reliability and market readiness.
  • •Provide design verification support and in-depth circuit analysis for new products using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
  • •Improve manufacturing test yields and reduce test time by resolving yield-related issues to meet yield targets and lower cost.
  • •Identify and resolve device qualification and RMA-related issues, recommend process conversions to fab teams, and mentor team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
  • •Experience and strong leadership and technical skills in the semiconductor industry (5+ years).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead teams and adapt across roles in a dynamic environment, including technical program leadership.
  • •Proven collaborative track record across teams to solve sophisticated business and engineering problems.
