Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide schedule consulting at program level for large-scale construction programs from pre-construction to closeout.
  • •Create, analyze, and oversee project schedules in Primavera P6, including master schedules and detailed construction schedules using critical path method and rolling wave planning.
  • •Regularly update schedules aligned to the program calendar and produce high-level look-ahead reporting (1, 3, and 6 months) from P6.
  • •Review engineering, procurement, and construction schedule logic; create logic-driven conceptual schedules from limited information and discuss dependencies.
  • •Prepare and update monthly progress reports, monitor potential schedule issues, and support quantity tracking using S-curves (SOX controls may be required where applicable).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
  • •Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred.
  • •Prior experience building a complex master schedule.
  • •Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and construction contracting.
