Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to federal lending regulations for equipment finance and follow risk management policies and procedures.
  • •Read, analyze, and interpret equipment finance loan/lease documents to resolve client inquiries and internal boarding issues.
  • •Monitor newly booked and existing accounts through daily/weekly/monthly reporting, ensuring accurate booking and billing with minimal customer impact.
  • •Manage post-boarding customer service activities including cash application issues, invoice questions, past-due outreach, and collections.
  • •Provide manual billing via Microsoft Excel or Access as needed and resolve delinquent accounts, escalating potential credit issues when appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) required.
