Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily administrative operations of the warehouse and ensure proper documentation and record management.
  • •Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and utilities to maintain safe and compliant facilities.
  • •Ensure high uptime of material handling equipment (MHE) and warehouse infrastructure through preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • •Manage site-level vendors (security, housekeeping, pest control, transport) and monitor SLAs and service quality; process vendor billing and cost tracking.
  • •Control facility budgets, monitor utility consumption, optimize costs, and coordinate with Operations, IT, and engineering teams on improvement projects and emergency response planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
  • •Experience overseeing daily warehouse administrative operations and documentation
  • •Knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, utilities) and maintenance programs
  • •Experience ensuring high uptime of material handling equipment (MHE) and warehouse infrastructure
  • •Vendor management experience including security, housekeeping, pest control, transport and cost tracking
