Architect and implement AI and machine learning systems that address business challenges across the bank, from on-demand analytics to integrated software solutions. Key Responsibilities

•Architect, design, and implement AI and machine learning systems that deliver measurable business value.
•Research and apply state-of-the-art generative AI and develop agentic AI systems for autonomous reasoning, planning, and tool utilization.
•Create evaluation frameworks to assess model performance, detect hallucinations, and ensure output quality; maintain model documentation.
•Lead analytics and experimentation by translating business questions into analytical problems and running statistically valid experiments for banking use cases with regulatory compliance.
•Collaborate across teams (software, cloud, data, data science, compliance, and security) to integrate AI solutions, mentor colleagues, and help set enterprise technical standards.

Key Requirements

•6+ years developing and deploying machine learning or AI solutions in production environments.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
•Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity with JavaScript and SQL.
•Expertise in generative AI (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, evaluation frameworks, tool integration, and agentic system design).
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lex) and common ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
