GCS Contractor Program Manager

Oversee contractor readiness and capabilities for safe, efficient operation of gas and chemical supply systems at the Taylor site. Drive continuous improvement, manage contractor headcount vs. plan, and ensure training and safety compliance. Partner with contractors, GCS engineering, and internal teams to develop and maintain SOPs and Non-Standard Work Plans, coordinate compliance with SAS rules, and support initiatives that expand capacity, improve reliability, and strengthen equipment performance.
