Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify product and process compliance with contractual, technical, industry, AS9100 QMS requirements, and internal policies.
  • •Interface with Engineering, Operations, and Materials groups to resolve technical and quality issues.
  • •Perform limited-scope project planning and execution related to new equipment introductions, product launches, or process methodologies.
  • •Lead failure analysis and Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, supporting Corrective Action Boards (CAB) and tracking issues to closure.
  • •Generate and publish quality metrics (including Cost of Poor Quality/COPQ, escapes, and MRB activity) and support continuous improvement of the site QMS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years of experience in Quality, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline (or 3+ years with an advanced degree).
  • •Experience supporting design and/or manufacturing processes.
  • •Aerospace manufacturing experience with composite materials and inspections.
  • •Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 QMS, data analysis, and development/usage of actionable metrics.
  • •Experience reading/interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions, including tool control.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required.
