Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise and support managers and employees on occupational safety and environmental/health protection.
  • •Help develop and further strengthen the EHS culture.
  • •Act as emissions protection officer and oversee relevant environmental protection topics.
  • •Support production areas with changes, investment projects, and the planning and introduction of new workplaces, processes, and systems.
  • •Organize, conduct, and evaluate internal and external audits, deriving suitable measures and collaborating with authorities and external partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in occupational safety, environmental management, engineering, or a comparable field; alternatively technical training with Meister/Techniker and several years of relevant experience.
  • •Completed training as a Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit.
  • •Several years of experience in occupational safety plus environmental and health protection, ideally in a manufacturing industry.
  • •Experience managing projects and the ability to motivate people toward shared goals.
  • •Strong communication skills, confident presence at all organizational levels, and structured, independent working style.
