Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform day-to-day maintenance and servicing of recreation areas (including pool areas) to deliver guest service that exceeds expectations.
  • •Follow health and safety procedures, recognize hazards, and report accidents or potential hazards to the Recreation Manager.
  • •Provide basic first aid and arrange further assistance; perform CPR if needed and support guest needs during incidents.
  • •Manage pool operations including guest sign-in/day pass procedures, cleaning and setup of poolside areas, distributing towels/refreshments, and basic menu support.
  • •Maintain pool safety and water quality by adding chlorine/pool chemicals, testing water levels multiple times per day, recording results, and checking filtration pumps/valves and pool equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary education (GCE Ordinary level or equivalent) and a valid National Pool Life Guard qualification.
  • •CPR qualification (must be valid) and First Aid certification.
  • •Good physical fitness with a pleasing appearance, and fluency in English.
  • •2 years of previous experience in a similar position (or equivalent qualification from home country if NOL is not available).
  • •Water treatment knowledge (pool chemicals) and pool water testing knowledge.
