Key Responsibilities

  • •Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
  • •Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
  • •Maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
  • •Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively.
  • •Replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s full product offer is represented on the sales floor, focusing on footwear and stock replenishment.

  • •Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
  • •Motivated, energetic and passionate about achievement in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Availability to work retail hours (38 hours per week) across weekdays and weekends.
