Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-impact transformation initiatives that advance Services growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and strategic priorities.
  • •Translate enterprise strategy into integrated roadmaps, executable plans, measurable outcomes, and value-realization measures.
  • •Serve as a strategic partner to executive sponsors and functional leaders, providing recommendations, decision support, and performance visibility.
  • •Establish governance, decision-making forums, accountability structures, escalation paths, and executive-level reporting.
  • •Own scope, investment, resources, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and organizational impacts across multiple workstreams, ensuring transition to business-as-usual with clear ownership and performance accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •Over 5 years of project or program management experience, particularly in services, engineering, or technology-focused fields.
  • •Proven experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • •Strong understanding of sales services, such as service delivery, hardware support, field services, service engineering, or customer support operations.
  • •Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid); reporting/visualization tools like Power BI are a plus.
