Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule and conduct one-on-one and group seminars for potential and existing participants within an assigned territory.
  • •Provide counseling and guidance on defined contribution retirement savings plan features and benefits to drive sales growth.
  • •Develop, manage, and retain relationships with key entity contacts, especially at the department head level, to expand products and services within the plan.
  • •Act as a team lead for a group of Retirement Specialists and serve as a point of contact for inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • •Assist the Program Director with territory planning, training on new presentations, and special projects related to marketing, customer service, enrollment, and administrative processes.

  • •FINRA Series 6 and Life & Health licenses required; Series 63 and 65 may be necessary (or Series 7 & Series 66).
  • •Three years of related experience in financial, sales or educational services functions.
  • •Strong presentation and communication skills for effective seminar delivery.
  • •Excellent relationship-building abilities to foster connections with clients and stakeholders, including leadership to guide and support a team of specialists.
  • •Knowledge of defined contribution retirement savings plans and retirement education/counseling (including 457 plans) to support sales growth.
