Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails to create exceptional customer experiences.
  • •Resolve product and service issues including title questions, login difficulties, payment concerns, and dealer access problems.
  • •Achieve first contact resolution by clarifying and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, accurately logging interactions in Salesforce and escalating complex backend issues.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments (e.g., Titles, Dealer Registration, Arbitration, Payments, Technical Support, IT, and Auction partners).
