Molding Supervisor 12 Hour Night Shift

Supervise all employees on the assigned 12-hour night shift, including hiring, training, coaching, performance feedback, and resolving issues. Oversee safety and housekeeping, ensure training and development using internal resources, and help determine readiness for promotions and shift vacancies. Set daily production goals, meet production targets, and progress toward the Group Leader role while working within policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
