Associate Merchant

Support the development and execution of seasonal merchandising strategies for assigned categories. Help build assortments aligned to customer trends, brand positioning, and financial goals by recommending pricing, promotions, and assortment changes. Analyze weekly and seasonal sales, margin, inventory, and customer behavior, monitor merchandising metrics, and prepare business recaps for Merchant leadership. Own product categories, manage product lifecycles, coordinate setup and vendor activities, and deliver category enhancements based on competitive insights.
