Job Summary

Support Missouri Virtual Academy (MOVA) as an Elementary School Instructional Coach for a virtual PBL classroom, partnering with administrators and teachers to strengthen research- and data-based instruction. Design and deliver individual and group professional learning, model effective differentiated teaching, observe and coach educators with meaningful feedback, and help align instruction to standards and student data. Create assessment and grading support and conduct research on new instructional practices.
