Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver reconciliations accurately and within specified timeframes, maintaining required accuracy and timeliness against SLDs.
  • •Serve as the contact for complex transactions resolution for the home location, supporting queries from clients and auditors.
  • •Perform secondary review and controls, demonstrating strong operations knowledge and managing risks and mitigation.
  • •Proactively troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and ensure timely escalation to the appropriate personnel across the business.
  • •Work closely with team leads/section managers on daily deliverables, manage process documents, and assist with testing of ongoing projects.

Key Requirements

  • •4-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably investment banking, investment management, or asset management.
  • •Strong operations knowledge with controls, targets, change management, and deadline-driven delivery.
  • •Knowledge of reconciliations products and research (preferably).
  • •Working knowledge of Excel, including macros/automations, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Familiarity with CASS regulation and custody reconciliation, preferably involving FX, mutual funds, and cash operations.
