Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for the day by reviewing schedules and ensuring proper supplies and PPE
  • •Travel to patients’ homes throughout the assigned service area
  • •Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height/weight assessments, urine collection, and support with Annual Wellness Visits
  • •Use phlebotomy expertise to make blood draws comfortable for patients and create a warm, professional experience
  • •Accurately document visits and properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), LPN, or LVN in home preferred
  • •Current BLS certification
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal reliable vehicle
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., including ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
