Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction (Heavy Civil)

Support disciplined, value-driven cost management for large-scale data center construction projects with an emphasis on heavy civil and site development works. Partner with clients on procurement strategies, bid evaluations, cost estimates, and cost plans, while assisting reviews of proposals, risk assessments, and value engineering. Manage and report budgets, forecasts, change orders, and monthly cost reporting, and contribute to audits, close-out, benchmarking, and continuous improvement.
