Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Agent Product Managers and Agents Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents for thousands of daily conversations
  • •Contribute to agent development by applying product strategy, conversational design, and customer insights
  • •Drive execution and delivery of multiple complex, high-visibility agent development projects
  • •Coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders through the full agent development lifecycle
  • •Communicate clearly across all stakeholders and cultivate strong relationships to support agent initiatives

Key Requirements
