Key Responsibilities

  • •Own local NFV operational performance across commercial and operational KPIs.
  • •Partner with the Head of NFV to shape strategy/plan, run regular reviews, and reprioritize to achieve targets.
  • •Act as a local market ops stakeholder with the Regional Ops team, sharing opportunities and initiatives.
  • •Work with key accounts on performance and opportunities to generate local market insights.
  • •Lead local initiatives to improve ops metrics using data analysis; evaluate and simplify processes while auditing compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5-6 years of working experience in a similar field.
  • •Direct line management experience, including building relationships, motivating peers, and managing upwards.
  • •Strong analytical skills with the ability to back opinions with data and clear business cases.
  • •Ability to work with Tableau; knowledge of Excel and/or Looker is a plus.
  • •Very good communication and collaboration skills across all levels.
