Key Responsibilities

  • •Update and maintain construction schedules and project/program status reporting.
  • •Coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule platform.
  • •Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures across company and contractor roles.
  • •Ensure integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the program suite and perform schedule interface/quality assurance.
  • •Perform critical path and probabilistic analysis and support implementation of an integrated enterprise cross-functional EPC master schedule program.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of applicable experience in developing, preparing, and reviewing project schedules and baselines.
  • •Experience with critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis.
  • •Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6.
  • •Strong communication skills. Note: on-site presence and requirements may change depending on the client’s needs.
