Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner role supporting corporate functions.
  • •Global HR experience in multi-region organizations with a distributed workforce, particularly one that supports hourly teams.
  • •Proven track record advising senior leaders and managing complexity at scale.
  • •Strong analytical mindset, including experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and people analytics.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR/organizational psychology certification is a plus.
