Machine Learning Research Engineer, Model Evaluation

Evaluate and improve AI weather model performance by working with the Meteorology team to design rigorous, meteorologically valid comparison strategies. Build fast, reproducible evaluation workflows and reusable infrastructure, and enhance agentic tooling for investigating forecasts and synthesizing results. Communicate findings through clear scorecards, visualizations, and explanations that capture uncertainty and caveats for researchers, leadership, customers, and partners.
