Lead growth across three consumer brands (hair, acne, and longevity skincare) from strategy to execution. Manage a ~1M monthly paid acquisition budget, optimize funnels and landing pages, design lifecycle programs, and build scalable growth processes. Collaborate with CEO and cross-functional teams to drive profitable, data-driven growth at speed in a remote, AI-driven healthcare ecommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the growth strategy, operating cadence, and roadmap across all three brands
•Allocate budget and prioritize initiatives across paid acquisition, landing pages, lifecycle, creative testing, and conversion work
•Identify and build new acquisition funnels and conversion experiments
•Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across the entire customer journey
•Partner with paid media and creative teams to improve testing velocity and creative quality

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of growth marketing experience in a DTC or ecommerce environment
•Proven track record of managing and scaling brands at meaningful revenue and spend levels
•Experience owning CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, payback, CVR, AOV, and contribution-margin tradeoffs
•Self-starter who can operate without established processes and build them from the ground up
•Strong understanding of paid acquisition, creative testing, landing page optimization, lifecycle, analytics, and funnel experimentation
