Key Responsibilities

  • •Reduce losses from BPP to improve station profitability.
  • •Implement operational controls using statistical tools like Pareto diagrams, histograms, and heat maps.
  • •Design and drive strategies to optimize KPIs for package damage, delay, loss, and theft (DDLS).
  • •Coordinate with Security the guard service level in the SVC and conduct deep investigations of lost packages and operational failures.
  • •Run at least one GEMBA walkthrough per shift to detect early loss and damage risks and lead daily audits/control processes for the UTR Loss Control team.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional degree in Audit, Business Administration, or related fields, or prior experience in the Armed Forces or Order.
  • •Intermediate proficiency with Office/Google Suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and visualization platforms like Tableau.
  • •Intermediate technical knowledge of physical protection, electronic security, and related applications (WMS, TMS, Genetec, Lenel).
  • •Manage and administer operational indicators at an intermediate level to track business performance.
  • •Prepare technical/executive reports on incidents and apply continuous improvement methodologies to prevent repeat occurrences.
