Job Summary

Drive operational excellence for Monzo Mobile by translating operational challenges into product experiences and collaborating with product, engineering, design, and customer service. Own key performance and risk indicators, monitor compliance with Risk & Governance, and help deliver accurate, efficient, compliant, and delightful customer journey elements. Work with partners including the MNO and tech partner to address root causes of customer pain and build an internal and external culture of accountability.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver operational excellence through product thinking by translating operational challenges into product experiences with product managers, engineers, and designers.
•Share customer feedback, pain points, and ideas with the Product team to shape the product roadmap.
•Collaborate with customer service to communicate efficiently, compliantly, and empathetically.
•Ensure accurate, efficient, compliant, and delightful delivery of key operational elements of the customer journey.
•Own key performance and risk indicators, manage regulatory compliance with Risk & Governance, and partner with the MNO and tech partner to address root causes of customer pain.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 72,900 - 98,700 annually
