Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end risk strategies for limit assignment on deposit products.
  • •Support development of a robust cross-BU limit management framework balancing customer behavior, regulatory expectations, portfolio growth, and risk appetite.
  • •Use data and analytics to make line assignment recommendations for different banking customer segments and design assignments to minimize first-party fraud losses while balancing profitability.
  • •Own KRI development, threshold definitions, and monitoring for deposit limits.
  • •Perform case reviews and root-cause analysis for OREs, CAPs, and fraud events related to deposit product limit assignment, and partner cross-functionally to execute and scale limit strategies.

Salary: USD 89,250 - 150,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in risk management or risk and control environments.
  • •2+ years of experience working with data and demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong technical acumen, including SQL, Python, Hive, Big Data platforms, and automation (plus).
  • •Ability to solve problems in ambiguous, unstructured environments using qualitative and quantitative approaches.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
