Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • •Act as the primary technical advisor from discovery and initial evaluation through deployment for Claude adoption.
  • •Support customer implementations using both the Claude API and Claude for Work, guiding integration into existing stacks.
  • •Help customers develop evaluation frameworks and identify common integration patterns, feeding insights back to Product and Engineering.
  • •Create and deliver technical content for different audiences, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
  • •Experience working with enterprise customers in India or the APAC region through complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
  • •Ability to communicate technical concepts to C-suite and engineering/IT teams and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
  • •Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
  • •Comfortable with Python and familiarity with common LLM frameworks/tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
