Job Summary

Build and lead digital products that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of climate solutions. Collaborate with global stakeholders and SMEs across cross-functional teams while leveraging AI-ML and other cutting-edge technologies. You’ll research, propose fast-track solutions, and coach junior team members, working in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, secure, well-tested applications using React, Python, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, APIs, Linux, and DevSecOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams globally to build digital products leveraging AI-ML technologies.
•Research AI-ML and propose fast-track solutions to problems presented.
•Contribute to platform architecture discussions and help design well-informed solutions.
•Translate requirements into stories and implement them using Agile delivery practices.
•Mentor, coach, and train juniors or new joiners to bring them up to speed on the project.

Key Requirements

•Extensive full stack development experience using ReactJS, Python, and AI libraries.
•Strong coding and algorithm-building skills with expertise in programming logic.
•Experience with Agile execution (Kanban knowledge is an advantage).
•Strong database skills with SQL and NoSQL.
•Strong testing fundamentals (TDD/BDD, unit tests, mocking frameworks) and knowledge of RESTful web services/APIs, plus a Linux background.
