Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units, including sequencing and prioritization for inspection and accountability.
  • •Track turn-in status from initial receipt through final disposition, including support for high-volume mass turn-in operations.
  • •Review and validate supply documentation and ensure timely, accurate data entry into Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
  • •Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activity and support audit readiness with accurate, compliant records.
  • •Coordinate with warehouse and transportation staff to manage storage, tagging/labeling (including HAZMAT segregation), and schedule/track shipments with proper shipping documentation.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of logistics, supply, or materiel management experience.
  • •Knowledge of Army supply regulations including AR 710-2 and AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Familiarity with Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP (and TC-AIMS II).
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and process Army supply documentation and condition coding requirements.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
