Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively promote safety priorities and maintain vigilance by raising workplace safety concerns.
  • •Supervise equipment performance and address issues in a timely manner.
  • •Direct shift equipment team execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • •Perform administrative and supervisory duties for shift techs, including attendance, staffing, and reviews.
  • •Serve as main point of contact regarding production issues and coordinate shift contribution to TPM activities, including assistance with equipment installs, tests, and commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • •A relevant Diploma in any Engineering courses OR equivalent working experience.
  • •Strong mechanical competence to understand and repair mechanical systems.
  • •Vacuum system knowledge with troubleshooting ability.
  • •Ability to use schematic diagrams to solve systems down to component level.
  • •Ability to perform 12-hour work shifts and effectively prioritize tasks with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
