Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections in accordance with Manheim standards, including exterior, interior, and basic mechanical checks.
  • •Safely locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer lots while ensuring accurate data entry (VINs, mileage, options).
  • •Build trust with dealer clients, educate them on Manheim marketplace/mobile inspection services, and proactively increase inspection volume.
  • •Prepare daily activity and production reports and use Salesforce.com for reporting, lead management, and performance tracking.
  • •Follow safety and compliance procedures, including NAAA Frame/Structure Damage Policy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements
