Lead the growth of Mastercard’s Small Business portfolio in Sri Lanka and the South Asia region by driving new business, strategic partnerships, and deep sales support to external partners. Own go-to-market initiatives, collaborate across multiple functions, and champion digital enablement and a strong customer experience while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the growth of Small Business portfolios and achieve agreed targets in terms of new wins, spend volumes, revenue, and market share.
•Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Account Teams, Marketing, Loyalty, Finance, Pricing & Interchange, Franchise, Legal, and Customer Delivery, as well as third-party partners, to support new launches and go-to-market initiatives.
•Provide consultative sales enablement during complex and cross-departmental discussions with a deep understanding of Mastercard assets.
•Champion digital enablement (digital-first, contactless, tokenization) within the Small Business space and drive adoption for a best-in-class customer experience.
•Effectively communicate the launch of new products, services, platforms, and enhancements to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Strong product development and business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver.
•Relevant industry experience preferred, such as payments, cards, financial services, fintech, startups, etc.
•Proven track record of initiating new business approaches and driving implementation to deliver tangible business results.
•Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Willingness to travel throughout the region.
