Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a consistent, client-focused experience by completing complex and standardized transactions and maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online Banking, and Mobile Banking.
  • •Support the team sales process by participating in outbound calling, checking client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients to specialists or branch team members.
  • •Deliver Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by helping ensure Truist expertise and solutions are matched to client needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
