Job Summary

Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 admin portal capabilities for SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Purview, and compliance tools to govern, catalog, and protect data across cloud and on-prem environments. Monitor the environment in Microsoft Admin Center, troubleshoot incidents and service requests to SLA, and manage SharePoint sites and Teams channels/apps. Create and maintain KB articles and documented procedures for governance and audit needs, including security remediation.

•Strong understanding of enterprise applications, security, and compliance, including cloud security best practices and regulatory/legal compliance obligations.
•Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI, REST APIs) and Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate, Microsoft Purview certifications).
