•Design, manage, and scale a lifecycle automation and experimentation roadmap across key customer journey segments.
•Drive incrementality and financial impact by forecasting and verifying business impact, conversion lift, and order volume from lifecycle programs.
•Define and maintain the multi-channel communication matrix and automated platform logic (prioritization rules, frequency capping, fallback logic).
•Align lifecycle goals with Creative, Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams and remove operational blockers to scale.
•Deploy predictive models and robust measurement frameworks to continuously optimize lifecycle programs.

Key Requirements

•Strong personalization knowledge including real-time logic and dynamic messaging using Liquid or AmpScript, plus webhooks and REST APIs.
•Experience with incrementality modeling and measurement frameworks, translating data science metrics into executive reporting.
•Track record managing senior executives and coordinating cross-functional alignment across technical, commercial, and creative teams.
