Job Summary

Serve consumer and business customers by retaining and growing relationships through proactive outreach, walk-in servicing, and a disciplined calling/sales process. Process transactions accurately, resolve complex customer issues, and educate customers on deposit, loan, and other banking products. Maintain product, technology, and policy knowledge (online, mobile, and ATM banking) while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve complex customer issues.
•Process customer transactions accurately and balance daily.
•Drive business development through consistent calling, walk-in customer servicing, appointments, and referral sourcing.
•Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships and follow up on new customers.
•Educate and refer customers to deepen relationships while maintaining knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED, plus at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services/goal-driven retail sales or B2B sales, or military service in a relevant role.
•FINRA licenses (required): must have 3 of 5 licenses active (Series 6 or 7; Series 63 or 66; State Life and Health Insurance License; SIE). If needed, acquire remaining 2 within 120 days of hire date.
•Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in customer service and sales banking/financial services/goal-driven retail sales (preferred).
•Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships (preferred).
•Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services (preferred).
