Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop standards, processes, and best practices for I&S New Energy well design, planning, and execution scopes.
  • •Build and lead a central team of new energy well engineers to support best-practice implementation on global projects.
  • •Collaborate with OFSE product lines to provide integrated solutions for I&S well intervention projects (CWI, WL, DCF, S&SPS, AL, PE).
  • •Lead peer reviews and technical audits of global projects and provide technical support for onshore and offshore shallow-water work.
  • •Support global teams with digital solution packages and work with I&S Wells Performance lead on establishing New Energy project KPIs and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Energy, or Chemical Engineering (or relevant industry experience).
  • •15+ years of relevant oil & gas well engineering experience with comprehensive well design and operations expertise.
  • •5+ years of geothermal well design experience, preferably in high temperature environments (250°C or greater).
  • •3+ years of geothermal project development and operations experience (preferred).
  • •5+ years of people leadership experience, with ability to write detailed operational procedures and run detailed simulations including casing design.
